Scott brings over 23 years of practical and common sense business and real estate law experience as a solicitor advising clients on corporate/commercial (incorporations, shareholders’ agreements, non-competition and non-disclosure agreements, employment and contractor agreements, and corporate reorganizations and rollovers), share and asset purchase and sale transactions, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, franchising, commercial real estate development and subdivision, site development control covenants, leasing, conveyancing, mortgages, and secured lending matters, including acting as approved counsel on behalf of chartered banks and credit unions in respect of commercial loans to borrowers.
